Time that doesn’t become content

When I was asked what living well means, I talked about having time for myself.

Decision

When I was asked what living well means, I talked about having time for myself. Time away from social media, in quiet, without needing to be available all the time.

Action

There is a difference between living a moment and simultaneously thinking about how to show it. I want to notice that difference more carefully. A pause doesn’t need a caption to have value.

Adjustment

I want to leave room for what stays beyond the screen. Time when the question isn’t what I will publish, but how I am.

The journal can tell you what I learned afterwards.

The account

How it went, from start to adjustment.

For me, being present includes stepping out of the public conversation for a while and returning to my own life. Not as a perfect rule, but as something I want to protect while building my online work.

The journal can tell you what I learned afterwards. Sometimes the moment can stay with me. That is a choice, too. Another way of caring for the life I’m building.
