How it went, from start to adjustment.
Three things come up when I think about living well: being able to choose, enjoying my work and having moments for myself.
When I look at an ordinary day, I want to notice where these things find room. An idea of a life needs to reach the calendar at some point.
Work takes time. The people I love need presence, too. And I want to protect a part of the day when I can be with myself, away from social media.
These wishes don’t always sit easily beside one another. That is why I see everyday life as the place where choices show their consequences. What gets room? What keeps being left for later?
I want to keep asking those questions before filling another space in my schedule. Some choices may need reconsidering. Others need protecting.
I don’t have a perfect day to show. I have a direction: living so that work, relationships and time for myself can belong to the same life. One adjustment at a time.
